About me

I studied at Kedge Business School (France) and Wake Forest University (USA). After an early career as a management consultant in Paris (Ailancy), I spent 7 years in South Africa where I took the role of CEO at Emergent Energy and steered the growth of a leader in the African solar industry with a unique company culture. I moved back to France in 2019 where I have followed my passion for relationships and organizations and crafted the art of coaching with two ICF accredited programmes (International Mozaik and Coactive). Blending coaching and management consulting techniques with his global perspective, I founded Lycaon which supports businesses on designing their own singular strategy and facilitates thriving spaces for my clients. I also work at my home farm and develop impact projects in the field of food processing infrastructure and agriculture.
